Week One:
What are power struggles? Why do you have them? Is it a struggle or is it normal childhood behavior? What are your triggers? And the option of doing NOTHING.

Week Two:
Developing your Plans of Connection. What does connection look like? Why do we need it so darn much? Why is it our job to be in charge of connection? Let’s look at the brain!

Week Three:
The power of the family meeting and how it can change a family dynamic. And forget about a spa day, what does self care look like for you? Self care is so important…relaxed parents equal relaxed children.

Week Four:
What about time-out’s? Why do they make things worse? Why do kids hit? What about punishment? And finally, we will wrap it up the class!
